E-Commerce Product Content Specialist

Shabby Fabrics is a fast-growing e-commerce company known worldwide for beautiful fabrics and quilting products. As our business expands, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and creative E-Commerce Product Content Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately create and maintain product listings on our website, ensuring customers have the best shopping experience possible.
• Write clear, compelling product descriptions following our brand voice and style guidelines.
• Scan and color-correct product images to ensure they accurately represent our products.
• Organize and categorize products to optimize website navigation and search performance, including SEO keywords.
• Curate product recommendations, add-ons, and upsells to help drive sales.
• Create and edit graphics in Photoshop, adding logos or other brand elements as needed.
• Manage data entry tasks such as assigning product locations in our warehouse and updating spreadsheets.
• Assist with creating and sending email campaigns.
• Identify and resolve product information discrepancies.
• Contribute to other projects and tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to spelling, grammar, and detail.
• Ability to distinguish colors accurately and apply color corrections as needed.
• Proficiency with Mac computers.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SEO principles and basic marketing concepts is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with high attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to distinguish between colors accurately.
